Reseal every thing in the pump tube

Should the tube be honed at all?
Should I deburr the pump end?
Is there anything else I need to pay attention to?

You don't say what kind of gun you are talking about.... If you do, I can move this thread where you might get the most responses, if this gate is not appropriate....

I have never honed the tube on a 13XX.... I always deburr the pump slot carefully, however, so that it doesn't cut the pump cup.... I also deburr the holes in the front of the tube where the pivot pin goes, they are notorious for taking a chunk out of the cup.... If you are going to be taking it apart often, I suggest you lose the split pin and install a smooth one.... Not only does the split pin chew up the holes in the tube, it wears out the hole in the pump linkage....

A lot more work than I thought but it is back together and working. My first real mod on any gun but I think it is worth it.
