It's very good you're happy with the results. It's awesome Ron/Bayman could help out and sounds like he did a great job. Now, with no disrespect intended, it makes me cringe inside when I hear of barrel bending. I know its been done many times and it's to a very minimal degree, but it is what it is. I have found different scopes to have varying amounts of adjustments and then there's different bases with angle compensation. I will chase down every possible combination before I give in to barrel bending. That being said, the simple act of a slight bend will indeed quickly and cheaply do the same thing. And with out the act of buying needless mounts and bases... And..., with that being said (lots of things said here, lol), just buying a RWS one piece scope mount (Drooper mount) to begin with solves this issue from the start, usually. Too bad I can't remember my own advice more often. Then if you still need more, I guess bend away. Haha, I say this with a light heart, please don't be offended. And now my foot is firmly in mouth, I may have a barrel of my own to bend. I will find out after some new scopes and bases arrive
