I preordered mine couple months back. Think it’s pushed back to May. Hope it comes soon, think it has to do with clearing customs. Will let y’all know if mine does come in. Also ordered one of their SS .30 pistols. Should be fun.

Will let y’all know if mine does come in. Also ordered one of their SS .30 pistols. Should be fun. It's been pushed again from 5/10/2021 to 5/30/2021, shown here...... https://www.aeaairgun.net/product-page/aea-zeus-72-cal-pre-order-no-muzzel-break-arrive-12-20-20 Transportation Certificate Delay..........Hmmmmm
If you ever get the zeus, do make a proper test video of it. Mr +- a thou has his own chrony for sure, seems to get more out of every gun he tests than most people. Marko
Since the final product has yet to hit anyone's hands no one knows anything yet and no one around the USA has shot the thing other than a prototype or two. As far as actual guns in customer's hands, though, it seems just about every AEA gun in the same configuration has far exceeded their advertised fpe. The 160 fpe advertised .357 Challenger turned out to be a 220+ fpe gun. The 100 fpe advertised .30 is 160+. The 32" barrel Challenger .30 advertised at 150 fpe hits over 200 fpe in the real world tests. The Zeus seems to be a larger version of the Challenger SL, with a larger bore, a side lever (which I wish my .357 had) and just over twice the air tank capacity. Maybe it will surpass 1500 fpe. Maybe it will "only" be a 1000 fpe gun. At that level of overkill does it matter? It already is capable of killing any living creature on planet Earth with one shot for $1400, and the extra $300 it costs over the Airforce Texan .50 gets you at MINIMUM (1000 fpe) half again the power of the Texan .50, which until the Zeus arrived was the world's most powerful mass produced airgun. That said, Mr Hollowpoint at 3:17 made the comment in the above video that he was not testing the 32 inch Zeus - he said "this is just the midget one shot demo testing gun, not the full length 32 inch," which means he was testing the 970 fpe 24" barrel Zeus at best and maybe, since he keeps saying "short short barrel" it is only the 16" 750 fpe advertised model. No telling what's under that shroud on the demo model other than Mr Hollowpoint called it a "carbine" and short short/midget barrel, not the 32 inch.I'm not seeing the downside here, except for the wait, which isn't surprising considering the size, power, etc of the rifle coming into the USA from overseas when the USA already went gun & ammo hoarding crazy in the past couple of years aside from the China/Covid stigma.
I'm guessing you didn't pick up a phone and call any of the dealers to ask them directly
Well, I got word that my pre-order is finally being filled. It will be shipped this monday.........Good news woo
