We do a little backpacking and somewhere I saw a little combination pot/pressure cooker while checking out the camping cookware. Didn't look much bigger than a tea kettle, kinda' resembled one in a way. I'm thinking it may have been on ALiExpress. Sure would shorten the time to tenderize them. My grandma finished hers after frying them by pressure cooking them with a little flour to make the gravy. That and her biscuits were the best breakfasts I ever ate. I'll try to find it and post the link. You made my mouth start watering.
There's two big fox squirrels in this pot, In about 45 minutes I'll be pouring this over some boiled potatoes !
