Our Chinese daughter in law just did her swearing in as a naturalized American Citizen this week. Our little family is so proud of her.

Congratulations Chuck... to your daughter-in-law.. to you... and to your family.

I have a daughter-in-law that is from Columbia.
She became a US naturalized Citizen this last April.

You'll have to throw her a BIG 4th of July party to celebrate her first true Independence Day.
Congratulations to her and all of your family. A friend of mine was adopted from China as an infant by a couple who couldn't have children. When she turned 16 her dad oked her getting a small tattoo at the base of her spine.
It reads "Made in China" but loved in America"

Thanks, Guys and Gals.
We're working on some more celebration, but she's a bit 'reserved' so we'll see. I did serve Alabama White Sauce Chicken last night and she loved it, and they have a Stars and Stripes flag out front. And yes, the legal process is *%#@(^&, but we got through it.
