Title: Maryland Air gun purchase laws

  I live in NJ. If I'm camping in Maryland can I same day buy a pellet rifle there without a Maryland driver's license ? I'm 70 yo.

Though communist MD views airguns as firearms, they're not regulated like firearms.  So cash and carry.  Not sure what happens when you get back to Jersey though- they're worse than MD.

             I just  have to drive a gun straight to my house from the state line, no stops and it should be in a locked box. On this trip I'm going to be taking a Reproduction Enfield Carbine out of state to sell. So I'll do the same with that. While in NJ I can keep a gun at home and take it back and forth to gun ranges ETC.
