TBH, I've never found NC shrouds to be expensive- in the sense that, when you compare his stuff to other's offerings, you're getting more value for your money.  His reflex shrouds are EXTREMELY quiet.  One of his reflex shrouds made my 70+ fpe .30 Condor backyard friendly (and I live in a gun UN-friendly state!).  You won't find a product FOR THE SAME COST with that level of sound suppression.  He also makes sure you're satisfied.  If you're not satisfied, contact him and he'll endeavor to make it right.  Almost all my guns have worn a NC LDC at one point or another.  I've never been dissatisfied with one of his LDC's.

Do you mind sharing a photo of your reflex shroud. I know NC does excellent and he takes pride in his work. The comment about a lot of money is more a lot of money for me I am a stay at home dad the wife has put her foot down on this hobby and won't fund gear so to get gear I sell gear. I just want a few first hand experiences to settle my mind about it. Thank you for the response.

Completely understandable- I didn't mean to imply NC LDC's are inexpensive- I simply meant that NC reflex LDC's represent a very cost effective choice when compared to other LDC's on the market.

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of a current build with reflex LDC.  They've all been disassembled, re-hashed or sold to fund other projects.  Here's an older build though:

Hard to tell scale though.  The frame is a hair longer than a TalonP frame.  If I remember right, that LDC is over 13" or 14" in overall length (maybe longer- 16" sticks in my head for some reason).  But the LDC only adds 6" to the overall length of the gun.  The rest of that LDC is vented rearward of the muzzle.  This is that 70 fpe Condor I spoke of.  My very anti-gun (and very nosy) neighbor never heard a peep from this gun.

Not quite the same gun but I have one of his on my Rex in .45. It is night and day in the sound.
