Crosman Optimus Rear Sight Problem
«

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I was shooting my fairly new Crosman Optimus and the elevation adjustment knob came off from the rear sight along with the screw that holds it in place. I looked at it and realized that the gun was shooting so low, the knob screw was barely in place. I put it back in place but I'm worried it's going to fall out again because it's sitting at the edge of the screw. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? The rifle is still under warranty so I can send it back if that's the best solution.
Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry, this post should have been in the Crosman-Benjamin gate. Feel free to move it.

Just an update... I called Crosman's customer service and they told me to check the rear trigger guard screw to see if it's loose. They told me that if this screw is loose, the rifle could shoot low. Has anyone had this problem before?

I did what the Crosman customer service rep told me and it's shooting good now.
