Ordered 4 tins of JSB 18.13, listed in stock, Monday morning, paid extra for shipping to arrive this Friday so I'd have them for a camping trip. Got the confirmation email at 9AM. When I checked the order later that day, I noticed the pellet were no longer in stock on the site. Called about 4PM Tuesday, was told they were on the truck and shipping in the morning and they'd email me.Never got the email, order says still packing, not shipped. No way it's going to get here by Friday now so I wasted money on faster shipping for nothing, not at all happy with this company right now.
I haven't ordered anything from Pyramyd in several years. My last order went in a small circle in central Ohio for several WEEKS before it finally turned directions and came west to my house in Nebraska. Other sources treat you better, have a much more consumer friendly website, and don't forget you as soon as they cash your check.

While they aren't delivering their own goods they can be helpful if you call. My last call to them about 1.5 weeks ago was because I saw a picked up package at Airgun depot then it got to it's first destination that night then no scans after that for several days. When I called them I got the brush off basically because it still showed the same delivery day scheduled even though it showed still in Utah and no scan in days with the next day as the scheduled delivery day and I'm in Georgia. So if you see a thousand or more miles to travel and it hasn't been scanned or departed than they could simply look into it instead of asking me if "I" called Fed Ex. I think that could be handled better . Do you think that was good customer service? If a customer calls you can certainly answer politely and then look into it and call them back. Because the delivery date still showed the next day they decided they didn't have to call them and ask them if maybe Fed Ex themselves sees more info just so the customer has a heads up where the package may be.They also told me they don't split orders while they sent my Pyramyd order from Utah instead of Ohio. while I clearly had an email stating they split my order LMBO. I offered to forward it but nope, ignored instead.I guess to each their own with what is or isn't acceptable customer service. I also find everyone is fine as long it isn't their order, then when some people come across that they feel they could complain themselves. I myself have experienced poor customer service from Pyramyd recently compared to the past but there are a few one after the other and all I can do is compare my own experiences past and present so I say their customer service has declined in my experience. They are very quick to email if I saw something of interest each time I look at the website but customer service without purchasing or after a purchase is another story,
Last couple times I placed orders with PA everything went good, no problems. After the transaction I have received emails to fill out a survey of my experience with them and how they can better serve their customers. If you feel that your experiences was below par let them know where they need improvement and where they "dropped the ball". Enough buyers do this something is bound to be done to correct these issues

My issues lie entirely within Pyramid's control, order processing and customer service, and that's all my review addresses, other peoples experience are just that, their experience good or bad and neither negates the other.
