I made a post on 3/21 requesting information on how long delivery from Chambers took from members that purchased from them. I placed my order on 3/20.

I have made many purchases from abroad and never had anything come so fast.

The order I made was for two main springs and two piston seals. I received an email stating that the order was processed but never received a tracking number which the communication said I would.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the mailbox and seen the envelope from the UK. I am lucky though, the envelope was damaged and a sticker on the back stating, "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION" and initials by someone.  Nothing inside was damaged, just the envelope.

You have no idea how pleased I am with this transaction and will definitely deal with them in the future. I also sent them an email letting them know I was one happy customer.

Frank, I have ordered items from the UK and they used Royal mail and once in awhile it can be shocking how quickly things can arrive from over seas!

My big concern was the Covid situation. I ordered a spring that came from Italy to Maine to me and it was a couple months.

The parts I received from Chambers were OEM parts.

I might add, I placed an order for the two springs and received the receipt with payment and shipping and an order number. A couple hours later I realized I wanted a couple piston seals also and placed the order. I got the email with the receipt, shipping costs and order number.

The next morning I realize I screw up and contacted them asking if they could ship everything together instead two separate orders. Not only did they comply, they refunded my shipping on one order and even refunded the Foreign Transaction Fee.

I know I was a pain in the butt on this transaction and would have been alright if they didn't cooperate. I had to tell the whole story so you can see what a great company this is to deal with. There aren't to many companies that would have put up with all this BS. Love these guys.

I've only ever ordered a couple rear stock screws for my HW95 but I had them in a week and getting 2 from Chambers was cheaper, shipping included, than buying just one from PA.
