HA!
I've been wanting to say that myself but kept biting my "dark side tongue"  ;D
At 2000 psi max it is relatively easy to hand pump.
Endless upgrade parts for later and Industry leading Customer support.

And a Maxi Hunter comes with a really nice 6X AO scope. Might be the best Crosman bundle scope ever!!

Sorry, I know everyone has thier personal preference, but for out of the box to meat on the table its hard to beat a pcp. Yes you have to have a pump, yes they have to have seals replaced after a few years, but all platforms have thier limitations. Comparing pros and cons an entry level pcp is the easiest out of the box performer for the money spent. Not knocking springers, pumpers or Co2 i have atleast one in all categories.

I looked this rifle up and it's more than I wanted to spend, but you've definitely peaked my interest... How loud is it? A loud report is a concern with Neighbors. As for hand pump, what pump do you guys use? And how many shots per tank do you get?

I may save up for one...

I really like my Crosman Diamondback in .177  I would grab the .22 in a second.

Just one of those feel and like it instantly things.  My dad went out and got one too after literally 3 shots.

Wonder where you looked....
they can be had for around $160- $180 and a chinese hand pump on amazon or ebay is about $40.

I will have to search a little more then because the one I found was $300... But if they can be had for around $160 or so, I'm much more inclined to check it out.

Not in stock at Crosman ATM, but you can get notified when they are, and then use Airgun Nation code to get 25% off,
watch the bargain gate while you wait ad get a cheap handpump when a deal comes up. You can test the handpump while waiting for rifle to get delivered ;)
https://www.crosman.com/product/benjamin-maximus-22

That 6 x 40 AO scope is a perfect match for that gun IMO.

What about the Beeman QB Chef? Others have mentioned it, and it's listed in the bargain gate. Is it similar? It appears to be to me, spec wise. Just has a wood stock instead of plastic. I would prefer the wood stock, but I want it to perform more than I'm worried about appearance.

IMO go with this have it tuned to your specks for a little more, but OTB will do you well . . .

I know this is sort of off-topic but what would be a reasonable price for a .20 Blue Streak. I am asking because I want to add one to my pellet rifles along with a decent R9 .20. I'm not looking for museum pieces just mechanically ok and minor dings in the furniture
