Hi all!After experiencing some of the absolute worst customer service/overall general service in my life, I wanted to post my experience to help others avoid the sheer insanity of Optics Planet.I ordered a special stock nearly two weeks ago. On the day I placed the order, it showed as in stock and ready to ship.Two weeks later, I find it absolutely shocking and also disgusting how Optics Planet operates. 1. Optics Planet gave an assurance that the product was in stock and ready to ship.2. Two weeks after placing the order, Optics Planet still shows as "in progress."3. Optics Planet repeatedly refuses to answer any phone calls whatsoever for a full two week period.4. Optics Planet chat rarely answers repeated requests for info on orders.5. Optics Planet has repeatedly used lies, deception, lame excuses and blame shifting rather than simply acknowledging the truth.FYI, I placed an order on Ebay of the exact same item yesterday and it is already packed, shipped, and on the way [suppose to arrive in two days] with shipping/tracking info.This is not the first time Optics Planet has done this. It appears as if is becoming their MO now on a consistent basis.I will never order from them again!
