If a company decides to remain open during something like this, it's understandable that they would be slow shipping. But not to return phone calls and emails isn't. One person from home can do this. They chose not to so that they wouldn't have to deal with angry people. This in itself is bad business.

Have shipping times come back to normal yet?

I placed an order for 8 tins of pellets yesterday and all were listed as being in stock. I received a tracking number late this morning. I'm waiting until I see the Post Office has received the shipment before I know it's actually been shipped. I paid a few extra $ to have then sent Priority Mail. We'll see what happens.

Before I “assume” anything else, Do you work at Pyramyd?  Or have recently confirmed any of these statements with someone that is?

You give me a reason they can't answer emails or the phone.. They are raking it in right now and have enough to hire some home workers that answer calls and emails.. think about it..

I used to know the owner and crew over there before cell phones and the internet were everywhere.

And they told you Pyramyd just decided to ignore calls and emails?

Even though they hire extra help to mitigate the extra calls and emails?

It sounds to me like you just called yourself out.

Pun intended ;)

Hehehe. I did the "contact us" form thing with PA. Wanted to ask why cost 50% more shipping to send half the weight in pellets, comparing 4 tins Hades .25 x300/ea and 4 tins Polymags .25 x150/ea. PA says be about 15 days before they answer my email.
