I ordered in stock pellets with out of stock pellets, got confirmation on my order, then later, added more in stock pellets to the order in an effort to save on shipping.
Now, some of the in stock pellets are listed as out of stock.

Not good.

Try to be more forgiving.  I have read that Pyramyd Air normally gets about 1100 orders per day, it's around 5000 per day now, and they're operating with a reduced staff.
It's like that long line at the mens room at halftime. LOL.

Hello --

I got frustrated week or two ago over an order with AGD. Was in process of canxling order (Ohio). Stuff arrived and like, "why'd I get all bent out over that?" Duh.

HINT: AGD stocks JSBs (25 cal Exact King and Hades) at Draper UT and those are shipping to me next day. Two, 4-tin 350ct pellet only, orders delivered in 5 to HI via USPS.

From what I understand Flying Dragon Air Guns has been selling out their stuff very fast also, doubtful if you'll see any big sales soon the way that people have been buying recently ???

Well,
My 5/6/20 order hasn't shipped yet either, but then again I didn't expect it to.  Since all non-essential businesses have to meet all new safety guidelines, which usually means they are forced to limit the number of employees they can have working at any one time. Hajimoto, JSAR, AGD, PA, have all admitted slow downs, just to name a few. Considering the circumstances, I'm surprised PA was even doing business at all 3 weeks ago.

Having recently retired, I had lots of "pre-pandemic" practice sitting at home, waiting for then recovering from hip surgery (just squeaking ahead of the "shutdown" by 4-6 weeks). Having worked in the Allied Health field, I sometimes had to practice strict aseptic technique, using a horizontal laminar flow bench while wearing protective gloves/gowns/face shields, when working with blood products. It's hard to imagine someone having to do even a 1/4 of that just to carry on a "normal" business. Yes, I would be frustrated getting "no response" to repeated emails/phone calls.  But then again, I just hope PA haven't lost anyone (permanently) to CV-19 while fulfilling my "dire" pellet related needs.

PA is a huge company and moves a lot of product and now being short handed and people on buying sprees their hands are tied and they are doing the best they can do in their situation. Be very patient this will all pass. Hopefully they will be a vendor here again and I can help smooth the flow for them being the guy who can post updates and relevant information. Letís all work together and we will get threw this.

Exactly itís a perfect storm for all of the online vendors, lots more online orders and even if they had a full shipping staff they would still be 5-6 days behind.

Have patience and be grateful. 😃

Iíve placed and cancelled 2 orders because they never shipped.  I have been going elsewhere to get what I need and have had zero issues with the other vendors.  Seems odd how the pandemic severely impacts a few companies, but many others seem to be doing business as usual.

Don't believe their estimated in stock dates.

I'm a little annoyed about their backordered estimated in stock date.  They dates just keep changing each month and it is very misleading.

I placed an order in May because the estimated in stock date said 3 June, then on 3 June it changed to 3 July, then 3 July it changed again.  I know we are in crazy times, but don't give false hopes.

Regardless, I like ordering from PA, solid vendor.

Main reason I quit ordering anything from them.... and that they won't use USPS to Canada, insist on UPS or FedEx with their ridiculous "brokerage" fees....  8)

I ordered a Gauntlet from them and it got here yesterday, only took 7 days so not too bad. Ordered a 1085 Beeman from them only took 8 days. I was expecting longer on both orders but they surprised me.
I have springers, PCP's ,pumpers and BB guns. They are all my prized collections both cheap and not so cheap.

I don't think so...  I put some pellets in my cart yesterday and as I was ready to check out, it said the estimated delivery date was going to be 2-3 weeks from now.  I ordered the same pellets from Trenier Outdoors this morning and already have a tracking number and a projected delivery date of Friday!  I ordered 8 tins, and the cost was actually a couple dollars less less through Trenier Outdoors.

I have received excellent service and help and cooperation from Pyramyd Air for several years.
Me too. These are abnormal times, and PA is affected too. I ordered some stuff and it took a while just as described.

Chill out, folks, they are doing the very best they cam.

Amen to that.  10% unemployment, I am just happy they are open.
