Not talking about the Mac1 LD modified ones as they are a whole different ballgame.
I have 2, one is a 1966 first year production, and I am waiting for the new one that was rescued from a closet to come in the mail.
Personally, I love them, accurate, fun to shoot, adjustable trigger, adjustable power.
And in many people's opinion, among the best designed co2 system crosman ever put out.
And now for some eye candy, un modified, and original paint.
And that's a 9mm hull hit at 20ft.

ON THE DATE WHEN US TROOPS ARE ISSUED AN Energy Pulse Weapon,
1. The US Soldier will have on his person a version of the Colt 1911.
2. He will be aiming the NEW Weapon at someone carrying an AK47.

My father had one of those. I loved it as a kid in the 80's. Your photo reminds me of the craftsmanship I admired as a kid. Thanks for posting!

Buddy across the road had one growing up...lots of good times. Have a couple of them now...one in not bad original condition the other a bit rough and needing a resto.

Have a couple stock ones and a MAC1 LD. Nice in either edition.

If any of you guys want to part with a decent mark 1 let me know. I'd love to restore one for the old man.

I have a friend with 3, he has mentioned selling one or 2.
He is sending me photos.
When I get them I will pass them on to you, you can buy it if you want it.
He is always reasonable on his prices.

I did some plinking today with the mark 1.
10 meters offhand.
I was either rushing my shots, or waiting too long to shoot.
Once I remembered that, and just went with the flow, things got better.
Groups are numbered 1-5, I quit after target number 5.
Not too bad for a 52 year old half blind guy with a 50 year old gun, and Walmart pellets.
(It really likes the cphp pellets)
And target 3, 4 & 5 I shot with a home made version of the eyepal pinhole diopter.
