last week i placed my 1st order with UA for 6 tins of .177 Polymag Shorts. last night the wife said if they are being discontinued, i should order more. well, i'm not going to pass on her words of wisdom, so i ordered a sleeve of them online. later, a friend text me they have the .177 Hades in stock. this morning i made a very short call and they not only combined the order to save me shipping, but the order is already on it's way!
way to go UA!

Well, even though this is an older post, I feel the need to chime in here. First off, I agree 100% about Utah Airguns, great folks and willing to be so for a smaller order as well a bigger one.
Frankly, as sort of new guy here, I've been trading with Pyramyd Air due a lack of anywhere else to trade with online; I thought they were trustworthy. Guess I fell for that bit of trickery; its my trusting nature that always gets me hurt. What hurt you say? I, like most of you, have been trying to find pellets to shoot and to experiment with in the search for the perfect pellet for some newer airguns. I've left several requests to be notified when in stock at PA, some a few months old, others more recent. Well searching eBay, I find that PA is selling items I'd requested notifications on that selling site (eBay), but for quite a lot more than they do on their PA main site. I figured, oh boy, what I want is in and went to PA to purchase said items only to see the out of stock notice staring me in the face. That's funny, so I went back to eBay and noted that PA has had the items I wanted in since mid May, their sales all have dates on them so one can see when each sale occurred.
Now why had they played me that way? I don't know. I've placed 6 orders with them this year, 5 of which qualified for free shipping. I'm no deep pocket miracle customer, but I am normally vendor loyal. I just think that thanks to PA I have found new friends at Utah Airguns and felt the rest of you should know about this. Utah Airguns will getting a lot of my business from this day forward, they had what I'd been waiting for at PA, and they not only answered the phone but were happy to help me order. I like that sort of treatment!
