Made an order there a while ago and they never answer phone, chat, or customer service inquiry forms? Did they close for the rest of the year?

Good question. Their hq has been unresponsive as well (overseas) add it to my list of reasons I don't like hatsan.
Been trying to get a pellet probe for my nova star for several months now.

Been weeks since I made my order. Wife wasn't too happy about it either and made me freeze my spending for a while! LOL But if they aren't even going to contact me and say they aren't going to ship what I paid for?

I've never tried calling but their replies to emails usually take a few days. Hatsan Turkey?? I tried once, took me almost 3 weeks to get a reply from them. Very understandable concern when you've already been charged and hear nothing.

Yes indeed. And with a wife that's already ticked about that purchase anyway? So, I have tried to no avail getting a hold of them every way you can. Now I'm in the dog house. Just a simple response saying it isn't coming or is coming would be enough. Then I could move forward.

NADA... It's like ordering from sears catalogue 35 years ago. At least then I think you could call and talk to someone.

I bought an AT P1 from them a couple weeks ago and it arrived in pretty good time.
Seemed to be pretty steady responses from the automated order side of things.
