Semi-formal FT match in Pendleton, OR on October 16th.

Same basic premise as the August 7th shoot except at a friend's house.  We had 15 shooters at the last event and I expect even more this time.  It's the weekend after rifle deer season closes and two weekends before rifle elk season opens.

We've tweaked the targets, added more, improved a few things, etc.
