Thanks guys.  I am glad I got it before it found the portal  :) 
I saw 1 of the little ones briefly from an upstairs window around 1pm.  It was about 30ft from the other side of the shed (about 32-33 yards from the house), but I had no shot from my downstairs office because the shed blocked my view.  I had to get back to a meeting and a lot of other work and didn't have time to stalk it outside.
I looked for them between 5:30 and 6 with the Mrod this time which I re-tuned for 16 FPE, but had to give up to cut the lawn before it got out of hand :)  Those young ones were hard to spot yesterday in the tall grass, but now it should be no problem.  Too bad we are going away for a couple of days tomorrow.  I hope they don't go digging new burrows while I am gone.
