Great review. Just a couple of things…
The trigger spring, you don’t need to split the gun. The butt plate can be removed and the adjustment points can be reached for the back…that’s my next task.
Yours is set up like mine, I’m left eye dominant so I shoot lefty (i do everything else is right handed). I changed one other thing which I’m surprised you didn’t point pout because it is a pain…the safety. You have to either reach over with the left hand or fumble around with the right…..BUT…..you can switch that too. I did. There’s a little spring that you have to be careful with…pull everything out of the right then slip it back in on the left hand side. Now, I can switch off the safety with my trigger finger, which is a lot easier. Take a look at it next time you split the stock.
Also, I’ll be putting some dampening material in the stock because the shots are LOUD with your ear next to the barrel/mag, etc.
I’ll also be putting some paint dots on the mags to indicate 1 shot and empty…that’s missing. I am constantly dry firing because I’, having so much fun with this that i dont’ count the shots and have to remove the mag every once in a while to see how many i have left…then i just end up refilling. Hahahahaha. I have 4 mags.
One more thing now note, the mags have arrows to show which way they go it..very good idea.
I don’t have a chrono so I am happy you tested the 14 grain…at least i have some fps data on those now. I have been using the jsb 15.89s and have to find someone with a chrono so I can get some numbers, not for the sake of having numbers, but for finding a pellet that goes best with this gun.
I did a test at 20 yards (don’t have more usable space in the yard).
Keep up the good work. Looking forward to the next one.
