Shooting the HIRAM Resetting Target.

My Diana 460 .22 and my Walther Parrus. 22 can flip the spinners easily at 60 yards.

But today I was shooting them with my R9 .177 using 8.64 gr FTT and this was the outcome.
I was shooting at 30, 35, 40, 45, & 50 yds. Somewhere I must have deleted the picture at 45 yds and I apologize.  Anyway I could flip them all out to 45 yards, but at 50 yds with four shots (one at each paddle) I was only able to flip one.

I have the same target. It's good fun. The flippers are easy to hit especially after I've shot a few hundred pellets at dime size bulls. Any air rifle should be able to flip them up at 25-35 yards. Probably not a good target for pistols because you'd have to stand too close. There's a chance of ricochet.

Nice...

Amazon had these on clearance like a few months back for like 10 bucks I wished I'd grabbed 2 .

https://www.amazon.com/Caldwell-Air-gun-Resetting-Target/dp/B000VZ1S32/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=resetting+targets&m=A2L77EE7U53NWQ&qid=1634821218&qsid=139-1983486-5100726&s=warehouse-deals&sr=8-1&sres=B000VZ1S32%2CB01786GBW4%2CB01786GBM4%2CB000S5W75S%2CB0038P3F8I%2CB01E9E9VM0%2CB01I56C7VK%2CB0749JZQBV%2CB08DDD23WB%2CB07T5YBNGB%2CB086QTCJX5%2CB095WJ46DK%2CB072BBVW54%2CB07T68Q5F5
Actually they were not on clearance, you got them for only $4.60 plus tax after applying the promotion code. I paid $4.92 each and I bought 13 of them.
Below is the invoice for the 13th one.
The promotion last over a month. I placed five orders.

I cut the paddles off of one of them, then I attached them to the side of trees using a 4" long lag bolt with spacers.

They also will hold up to a .22 lr.
