I might have to settle for a Bulldog. Also a .22 Marauder. Texans are the Big dogs of Big Bores,..good choice even if a bit pricey they really are the top of the hill.Manny actually the XP 36 inch barrel .45 .50 .58 .72 , and the .82 are at the top right now for what any air gun company offer's , coming in second right now is AEA .72 and the .82 they make ... The XP line up uses the highest in quality as far as materials to make the gun with 7075 billet / chromoly air tube that the tubing is made to a certain spec that only comes from 1 company burst rate is around 18,000 to 19,000 psi , a certain grade of hardened tool steel is also used , and if a guy is willing to spend the money titanium can also be used ... Xp air guns has been at the top of the single shot big bores now for over 10 years because Dan Mcvey is one very sharp pneumatic engineer who's cnc shop builds parts for Boeing aircraft in Kansas ....

According to Kelly at Krazcool.com, Huben is coming out with the K1 pistol in early 2022. I'm sure it will function & be as reliable as their K1 rifle does. I will be looking to get one as soon as they are available. I have a couple semi-autos rifles but i am looking for a semi -auto that is 100% reliable.
My next buy is a Career Ultra 357. I was at the point of clicking BUY on His/Hers Leshiy 2's, but Manny put me in touch with a great deal on a Korean cannon, so the surplus money is going toward a kitchen remodel and a pair (his-n-hers) of .357 lever action powder burners. Speaking of which, I have some ammo to box up and send to Oahu.
Sorry Manny- I wish i had more info. Kelly told me that Huben told him the pistol will be out in early 2022. I'm licking my chops wondering what they have come up with? I hope Gegov gets the credit he deserves for making his own K1 pistol.
Ho boy, always the same thing with this guy;only pushes the guns he has, no other gun but the ones he has is worth buying LOL ...over and over on every thread LOLEven in .45 and .50 the Texans rule, more power, 6 pounds, LW barrel, lifetime warranty,.....get a .357 put the X2 valve and Carbon Fiber tank you have a 6 pounds gun that cannot be touched in power output,...King of the Hill. And I don't even like Airforce guns LOL ...but some of us can praise other manufacturers and not only push what we have and/or like
I got a tracking number on the Career Ultra; it was already a good deal, but it comes with a mold, sizer, and some other goodies as well. I anticipate lots of iron-sight big-bore action. I also thiink there may be trip to NC at some point to visit Mister Piatt.
