Yeah, I guess it comes down to money in the end. But, dang, wouldn't an Air Arms break barrel be a doozy?!
Their last break barrel, the Pro Elite, was a dud. Use of cheap sintered metal parts, tapered compression tubes, and poor design for piston seal retention that caused piston seals to just pop off.They have a lot to learn before they will get my money.
I believe the Pro Elites are highly sought after now. At least the last few I've seen sold brought significant money. There wasn't that many made, mostly in .22 if I recall.

I think Air Arms is missing the boat by not making a quality break barrel rifle. They did in years past. I've read it was an excellent rifle. It seems there's room at the top for another quality break barrel. I would buy one in a heartbeat.
