Spoke with Travis as to which direction we should go. Next week I will contact the courthouse to see what our options are for postponing or cancelling. None of us know when this thing might blow over and what the turnout would be even if it does. The company I work for is the largest employer in our county. We are shut down with plans to open early next month. Our communities are being strained. Our state is still under the 'stay at home' order as of this morning.
Trade lives for economy?
The country will come back from a recession, loved ones don't come back from the grave.

Believe it or not.More people will die if the economy is not "allowed" to work than this virus could ever cause to die.The flu is STILL causing more deaths than Covid-19 as I write this. However, we have never shut down the US economy for the flu.People will still die after the economy is re-opened. MORE people will die if the economy is not re-opened.We didn't shut down the economy for AIDS and it was a CERTAIN death sentence when it was first detected/diagnosed.The longer the economy is shut down the more people will eventually die because of economic reasons. Much more than the C-19 could ever do.
We didn't shut down the economy for AIDS and it was a CERTAIN death sentence when it was first detected/diagnosed..that is gotta be the most non sensical comment of this thread. what? AIDS is transmitted like Covid 19? that is plane asinine. No. the economy is not going down the toilet and we will make it through. One thing is certain, we goota be here for it to be an economy. Some people fear losing comfort more than their lives... Dont bother responding to this... when someone close to you is hanging on the brink on an ICU you can come back and argue your pennies.
