Who tunes an FWB Sport in case I fold and get one? Are there any DIY videos for FWB Sport tuning?

I'm happy with my FWB Sport as it is, so far. However, I do have another problem.
After several OEM pellets, I put an ARH kit in my new HW50S. At first, it was swell with great 25-yard accuracy. I chronied her and got 801 FPS, with an SD of 5.66 using AA 7.87 Diabolo Express pellets. Next, the safety started acting weird. After a few more pellets, the trigger would pull but would not fire the gun but a push on the safety caused the gun to fire. I took her down again and could find nothing amiss with either the safety or the trigger. After putting her back together, she wouldn't cock. I've taken her down and checked everything I know to check several times again today. The spring is not broken, the trigger works. It seems that the hooky-doodle in the trigger assembly is no longer engaging the hooky-doodle on the piston. I've checked both
items for breaks, etc.
I've put a peep sight on this rifle and really like it for my backyard shooting. What could be wrong and how is it fixed?

I had to return one, wouldn't cock correctly. I paid $500.00. They were sold out so I bought a tuned one from Flying Dragons. New spring guide,polishing,and lube. Like his ad says....it just goes thump. Very nice but I was not disappointed by factory firing behavior. Now it's just a little nicer. Paid $600.00 free shipping. Very reasonable price I thought for tune and shipping.

Did you add any washers or top hat to it?

Depends on if talking old, or new offering..
Almost nobody I know has tried the new one and I cannot comment.
It was not very well received in the Uk. We prefer a more traditional look. The very angular trigger guard and bulky rearsight housing, incorporated as part of the breech has put a lot off it. The original Sport was so much more traditionally styled and sleek.
If the older version, it is probably best leaving it as is, and just polishing the spring ends, removing any burrs and checking the piston seal for condition, and replacing if required.
The FWB had a steel fixed guide which was quite a nice fit. It would be real bad to wreck a classic by cutting it off for a plastic replacement when it worked pretty good stock.
The Mainspring was a little long and prone to cant over in the piston a touch. Some sleeved them, but unless cropped down, a bad idea to add thruster rings, or top hats in something already fully sprung...
They shot very well stock, only bettered by the arrival of the HW77.
I preferred it for being a break barrel as i have never liked potential guillotine rifles and the surplus weight of the additional lever. It had full marks from me, save for quite a light breech lock up....
I used one tuned by Venom. They had left the rear steel guide alone, shortened the spring a coil and fitted a steel Top hat. The other mod they did in those days, was to replace the plastic triggers of the early Mk1 replacing with the steel trigger of later marks. I had a Mk1 which i thought was the best looking air rifle ever made. The Mk1 had a much more interesting grain to the stock than later models and its chequered grip looked like it was hand cut.

Greg as to your HW-50 If you have the trigger blade weight screw ( Behind the blade ) too soft it will not place enough tension on the intermediate link which slides the primary sears into overlap resetting the lock up mechanics of the trigger group.
