Title: Diana 250 Combo Bullseye Mount and Scope in .22 Caliber - Review by AirgunWeb
Post by: GTA-Airgunner on January 03, 2019, 05:51:30 PM
PyramydAir has brought to market a great new starter airgun, the Diana 250 Combo.  This new combo includes the Diana Bullseye Mount and a Diana Scope.  The mount is spring loaded to help reduce the effect of spring airgun recoil on sensitive optics.  This effectively eliminates scope shift and creep on the rail while maintaining proper and accurate zero shot to shot.  The mount is compatible with both 1” and 30 mm scope tubes.

Man it’s a great time to be an airgunner!!!

One reason I bought my D250 is with the cost of the scope and mount separately it's like I got the gun for about $40 and I like the looks. FYI: the mount will take 1" and 30mm tubes.

I don't think it kicks hard enough to need a Z mount so I set it aside for a magnum.

Like Rick said the triggers not very good but after looking at it me and my GRT trigger expert put-'er-in-'er believe a GRT trigger will fit. Then it will be a keeper!

Did the grit trigger work? I have one of these and want to know? Did it need modifying?

PA has the rifle on sale for $99.99 but all the sudden minus that $60 ZR mount. I actually considered one just to get hands on the ZR mount considering the whole package was only $129.99.

I don't remember, Shawn. I think I had my bud install a GRT but later I gave the gun to a friend. Never cared for .22. I ordered .177 but they sent me the .22. Thought I'd give it a try. My friend needed a pest gun and since it was .22 thought it would work for him.

I called him and asked if the trigger was gold colored and he can't remember either. Said he'd call me. I'll let you know. Seems that trigger looks like a Crosman or Gamo. I see it's cheaper now at PA and ADG. I don't believe they're giving the Z mount with it now. My .22 came with both, a Z and a two piece. Might order one in .177.

When I got mine that was my thinking, seems I paid $159 for mine. With the scope and Z mount it was like getting the gun for about $40. But I used the mount on something else and the scope is still in the box. The 250 doesn't kick enough to need a Z mount.

Shawn, my friend call me back and yes I did have a GRT trigger installed in the Diana 250 I gave him. Ole Tom Cat put it in for me. Fit right in no mods needed as I remember. Also the same day he installed a GRT in a BSA Supersport SE springer I got off amazon for about a $100. When we took it out of the stock at the monthly fun shoot I remember him saying 'Classic Gamo trigger' in the BSA. Can't  remember which GRT triggers are in these two. Al has put them in 6-7 of my guns, Crosman, Gamos and a QB59. Worth every penny and they look good.
