SteveGood luck contacting Beeman! I have called them, emailed them, sent snail mail to the main office with no luck. I have been trying sense last November. As for Hatsan they are ok if the parts you want are common consumables. I just the other day tried to order a compression tube and a barrel for a Mod 25 and they would not sell me one. Told me to buy a new gun. Why the %$$# would I do that?Beeman and Hatsan are on my S#$% list.
I too got missing package search notifications from the USPS for a close to a year, I think. Then they informed me the search is finished, while profusely apologizing. On this side of the pond, there is a pretty wide selection of Hatsan parts retailers. If and when I need spares for my 135, I will not and need not be in contact with Hatsan themselves. Is this not so in the U.S.?
Ordered some spare parts from Hatsan almost four weeks ago. Still says "processing". So is there any major air gun manufacture that has a worse process for getting parts? The parts I ordered are for current manufactured at44-10. First you have to fill out a form on line, next you wait for an invoice to pay, next you get nothing but processing status for weeks...I will never purchase Hatsan products again just for this very reason..Has anyone else had better experience or tips for dealing with Hatsan?
Ya, gamo . Your just not getting nothing "." . We'll go get a fed firearm license then maybe they'll talk .I emailed them a week ago on a breach seal and yet to here from them. Maybe I need that fed license for some hing simple as that?
