yeah Bill, i just got the recon out for a pre-season tune.....even with draining the gas, running the gas out and adding additives you can expect the unexpected with ethanol and carbs... they dont mix so im testing to find out if i have to pitch the carb and get another, like a couple times in the last 13years
I didn’t think about location, here on the coast of the Redneck Riviera I have 2 stations that are close to the house. One only sell it in premium the other has mid-grade. I usually only use the mid-grade and that’s over kill for a lawn mower. However, having said that, I can knock out my acre in under 40 minutes with my Toro zero-turn, and that includes the trim mowing with the push mower and weed earring around everything! That sucker flys on the open, flat areas!
Well even the oil burners have gotten to the point you can’t run em without bovine pi$$ added! LOL!
Redneck Riviera
Just a hint...After blasting through a shoulder deep over grown field... check yourself for ticks..... at least twice.
Well, my Hawke mid-rise dovetail mounts came in the mail yesterday, so I swapped the Centerpoint 3-9x32 mildot scope off the GuideHawk NP onto the model 70. (both Crosman's) The Sonicking 3-9x40AO I won from Joe Rhea's Youtube show is due to arrive tomorrow. That one will go on the GuideHawk NP. I think the model 70 looks a lot better with a lower parallax?! And the bottom of the objective bell clears the top of the rear sight wings, so clear view and parallax lowered 5/16".And the Sonicking 3-9x40AO;
NICE SCORE Whirly!I had another member point that sale out to me the other day. Unfortunately, now just isn't the time.

I know, I ain't right
yes i'm aware of that paul, but around here its hard to find real "boat gas" (ethanol free) without paying 2x the price and of course.....they say "ethanol free"but is it really ?? its been discovered quite frequent in these parts....that not everyone tells the truth in this (tourist trap) area much less anything to do with "boats"

Never had to rebuild carbs on any of my lawn and play toys. https://seafoamsales.com/how-to-add-sea-foam-motor-treatment-to-gasoline-ethanol-and-diesel-fuels/
Now after all summer of grilling literally thousands of burgers, brats, and steaks at the Golf course, where my beautiful "Hoosier Momma" is the food and beverage manager at, I got paid for my efforts. I have been bugging him for permission to take out the demon Ground-Hawgs there, wrecking Havoc on his "Links" style course. Problem is, the fairways are lined with million dollar homes. Sunday I grilled 120 Brats and 180Burgers and the Owner came out, thanked me once again and said...."Go pick out a putter" A PUTTER?! OK Scott, be nice... don't look a gift Horse in the mouth... JUMPIN JAHOOSIFAT! Do you know what people pay for a tour putter?!So I tried several, grabbed this. http://discover.brainstormgolf.com/I thought us Airgunners were crazy, but Golfers are CERTIFIABLE!!!Oh... one more thing, I can pest there on the off season that starts Oct 31... in a little over a month. That is now two golf courses that have recruited me to control the vermin from the grounds.
