What is the rule on at 100+ yards? Hit the target only? Does the target or group need to be a maximum size?

FYI: Most of the 17" tall splatter shoot-n see type targets I shoot at at 100 yards have a 2 1/2" to 3" bulls eye.

At that range and beyond hitting the target is hard. But if one can hit what they're aiming for and put up good groups that's great. So for now we'll let it ride and see how it works itself out.
