Thanks!I figured that out for my self. because I was too eager when I got home from work. Screwed in a "Bare" fill nipple I had an filled it from my 24oz bottle. That went flawless.Took her out and with a tin of CPHP started the rough sighting in. She is shooting HARD... not as hard as a 160 but darn close at 60*F.Once I remember down on iron sights is down on POI... things went well.2" spinners at 25 yards were a piece of cake, 1" so-so, 50% hits but still put a smile on my face.Reaching out to 35 yards with the CPHP and the nasty wind was a fail.I will leave her sighted in as she is now and then try higher grade pellets on a calm day for those ranges.
Thank you for that correction Steven! no where can I find a model number on this. The breech simply says ".22"I believe it to be a 114, but typed 117 by mistake. I will go back and change the topic title.
Since this is my thread, I guess I can derail a bit.DAVE I want to see more of that Stude ... front fender shots is all I ever see.
Hey Steve... On your awesome chart...What is "RVA from Bind"?Is that the recovery time between shots?

Can't remember where I picked the string chart up from. Info data lists Kovedawg as the original author.RVA is probably for "Rear Velocity Adjustment" AKA "power adjuster". You are correct, I did use that block to show recovery time between shots. About 5 seconds. If you cut her back, you'll see that the string really flattens out to a respectable 647FPS with 51ES
Ohhh hoh hooooh Dave. That right there is my new desk top wall paper!! Thank you!
I shoot my favorite 114 with the power adjust screw backed out 5 or 6 turns most of the time. Velocity around 525 fps with a 16 grain pellet. Saves gas and surprisingly quiet.
