Swarm Maxxim G2 .22 loader problem
«

Hi everyone,
I just received this rifle, and have a major problem with it. The magazine loader's spring tensioned clip is incredibly hard to flip up toward the barrel to accept the 10 round mag. I can just get the magazine in and it does have somewhat of a click when pressed down, but it's not completely seated. When I shoot it, the magazine is ejected from the loader. This is not acceptable. So, is there a way to adjust this clip on the loader or should I just remove the entire assembly?
Thanks, Matt

Already sent an email before my original post with no response.
Reading other's posts about Gamo customer service, I'm not surprised.

Funny treated me well . Sent a email for service , replied, told them whats wrong, sent me a fed x shipping thing ( gamo pays all shipping for the first year), boxed it up sent it in. 5 business days there, 2 pr 3 days for them to do somthing with it , and 5 business days back.
Ive sent this one back 2 times , cant complain on the turn a round . Just having to send it in twice ...lol. Anyway that guns been heavily shot like 3 stright years now and keeps on shooting.. so thete service for me has been pretty simple and quick.

Well, I called. I almost immediately spoke to Amber, who was very helpful after I send her a photo of the loader mechanism. She sent me instructions on how to reposition it and it worked.
Apparently that clip can become dislodged and end up in a more horizontal position during shipping. The seems to be a common occurrence since I got the email instructions with pictures on correcting the problem.
I've attached two photos: the first is how I got it, the second is after the repair.
Thanks everyone for the help, I really appreciate it!
