Ballistics Calculators: What is "Clicks/MOA" ?

I've been using this online calculator for a while:
http://www.airguns.net/trajectory.php
It's pretty easy to use and tells me what I need to know - Except for one thing.
After I make my charts, I use the calculated "Path" numbers to then calculate holdover / under in mils, at 6 yards and 50 yards. Once I do THAT, and knowing that my scope needs 7 clicks for one mil, the calculator's displayed "Clicks U/D" number isn't even close to correct.
It seems that playing around with the "Clicks / MOA " number that you enter at the top will change the calculated "Click U/D " a lot, but I can't find a number that makes it work exactly. So, WHAT IS THIS VALUE? What does it mean? (I know what MOA is, but what value is the calculator asking for?)
------------
Alternately, could I be calculating mils wrong?
My notes say that one mil @ 6 yards = 0.2", and one mil @ 50 yards = 1.8" Do I have that wrong?
-------------------
Last question: Once this calculator computes its numbers, what exactly does the shown "Turret Value" mean?
THX.

Wait - maybe I figured it out. Is this correct:
My scope (MTC SWAT 10x30) is 42 clicks for 1 rotation, which equal 6 mils, so 7 clicks = one mil. One click = 1/7 of a mil.
At 50 yards, 1 mil = 1.8"
At 50 yards, 1 MOA = 0.5"
So at 50 yards 3.6 MOA = 1 mil, so....
Again, One click = 1/7 of a mil. So one click = 1/7 of 3.6, in MOA? So 1 click = 0.514 MOA
? And so that needed value is about 1.95 clicks/MOA?

1 MOA is a bit over an inch, 1.047" at 100 yards.... and 1 Mil at 100 yards is, as you say, 3.600".... Therefore 1 Mil = 3.438 MOA....
A lot of scopes are 1/4" per click at 100 yards, so roughly 4 clicks per MOA, but they are usually not precisely that.... If a scope is exactly 4 clicks per MOA, it would be (4 x 3.438) = 13.75 clicks per Mil....
Scopes which are 1/10 Mil per click are a coarser adjustment, as they are 0.36" per click. which would be (1.047 / 0.36) = 2.908 clicks per MOA....
If your scope is only 1.95 clicks per MOA, that sounds to me like a VERY coarse adjustment.... roughly 1/2" per click at 100 yds.... Just doesn't sound right to me....

Thanks, Bob.
Yeas, those are the specs given by MTC. 42 clicks around and = 6 mil.
I'm surprised this is considered "course," (it's only my second scope) but maybe that's a GOOD thing, considering how much adjustment I need to make on a regular basis.

I wouldn't be satisfied with 1/2" per click at 100 yards, but that's just me....
