If you don't mind me asking; what causes the baffles to start walking out of the shroud? Also, have is the baffle end cap attached to the shroud? Is it held into place with friction?
If your baffles are not snugged up to each other and have movement? something isn't fitting correctly, you can probably use a rubber O-ring on top of the last baffle at the muzzle end to snug up the fit, I don't recall if the end cap on the PS is threaded or glued on? that would be an easy fix, but you are right if there lose it will effect your accuracy, lose baffles will disturb the air behind the pellet before it leaves the tube, unstable air will shift the pellet and effect barrel harmonics
Reason I am asking fellas is because I pulled them out before without measuring because they were walking out. I put some scotch tape around the loose one and put them back in.But then I started to wonder if their placement within the shroud could or would have some type of effect with harmonics of the barrel and if I knew what they are originally placed at from the factory then I could test different placements and results
