Interesting news - Norica is launching a recoilless springer. Will it compete with the Diana 54 in terms of performance?https://hardairmagazine.com/news/norica-announces-omnia-recoilless-breakbarrel-air-rifle/-Marty

The Norica uses a aluminum compression tube. I smell gimmicky marketing, cheap materials and cost cutting. I could be wrong. One thing I don't understand is how they can claim the recoiless system is easier on a scope when the scope is still connected to the violent part of the gun. Hmmm?

Hmmm?Ron, click the video on the bottom of the page and watch it on YouTube. The barrel recoils, but the stock, scope, and receiver appear dead still. Like Doug says, they must have the action moving inside a chamber separate from the scope and receiver.
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing!
Cracks me up the name of the rifle & that the guy shooting the rifle has a mask on.
Interesting design, may be a little above my price point, but may take a chance on it.
