I think the worse thing about PA is the fact they ship Fedex. These days I try to avoid any store that ships Fedex.
I have purchased a few items from PA, my biggest gripe is their coupon codes they send in e-mail never seem to work as advertised! The last one claimed 17% off plus free shipping, yet when I added the item (that was priced at $139.99) to my cart, it took the 17% off, but still said I was $31.01 away from getting free shipping and there was a $7.99 shipping charge. If they say the coupon includes free shipping then it should be free shipping regardless of the amount. They lose more sales from me because of this, I can usually find the same item for the same price or less, with free shipping at some other store.

I'm fortunate that all 3 of my carriers(UPS, FedEx, USPS) do a real good job at getting my packages to me and in good condition.
I’ve been a long time customer of PA have spent thousands of dollars over past few years. My most recent order of a Hatsan Edge took over a week to get here via UPS.I surprised because standard UPS is only 2 days from Ohio. However when it was finally delivered I saw that it was shipped from AIR GUN DEPOT.I have always thought they were the same company with just different owners listed. Like many others my opinion of PA has been on a downhill ride for awhile. I avoid ordering from them as much as possible. Four years ago I would have said they were a great company with great customer service. Now I find them to have poor customer service and deceptive business practices.However let me stress that is only my opinion based on my experiences.
Gavin, when you place your order there is the options of:"I want my items faster. Ship items as they become available (at additional cost)" or "Ship only a complete order (no additional cost)" It's in the same section where you select shipping methods.
