Hello everyone,
Lots of water under the bridge...
Sure lots of new stuff here on the site, I have come and hung out for a while now and then, but life has been so busy for me the last few years, starting to settle down some.
Anyways...I have a Prosport that I bought many years ago and was wondering if i need to add any chamber oil as a maintenance item? ; round count i couldn't even guess.
Looking forward to hanging out a little more as winter settles in here in Montana.
Thanks!

Do Not put silicone chamber oil in your compression tube. Unless you want the AG to diesel for 50+ shots as you wonder where tf your pellets are hitting. YMMV.

You may want to freshen the oil on the cocking lever pivots, a good multipurpose gun lube will do.

Id just shoot it a few times and see how it acts, might just need lube in gun moved around after setting. If sounds dry I would take apart clean old lube and lube spring etc. Check piston seal while in it.

Thanks Gentlemen.
The weather has been exceptionable for this time of year in MT. and have been doing some shooting at 25,35, and 50 yds... what a great rifle, groups are outstanding. Doesn't seem dry on the compression end, did add a little oil on the pivots.
Thanks again
