As most of you may know, I became a owner of a Hammerli Pneuma Elite in .22cal from a good man whom I can say is a friend. I do not give out that title very easily but Guy Ciasullo, I am proud to call him that. And again, I thank you for the opportunity to have talked w/you on numerous occasions. Ok, here's what has been happening. Thursday the 10th of April I unboxed her. I just learned by just going w/the flow as to the operation and such. Guy was a big help because even something so simple as putting a pump together and pumping her up was a small ordeal, lol. The great thing about my transaction with him is that straight out of the box, I was able to shoot her. With a pump and a scope, I was out the door. I knew that I would have to sight her in but I just wanted to pull the trigger. Loaded her up w/CPHP 14gr and CRACK, loud as all *(&^, lol. Took me by suprise. So I knew what I had to do next. Get some heavy pellets to tame her bite/bark. So therefore the wait begings. Quickly, an opinion about the pump. I thought that pumping would be easy...WRONG! Especially when she got close to 200BAR and the bottom of the stroke/pump was hard.
Now onto waiting for my order from PA to send me these heavier pellets for my Hammerli Pneuma Elite in .22cal. They say anticipation of death is worse than death itself must been an airgunner. The package just got shipped today, so why would I be waiting for the UPS truck and when I seen one come down the street, I was really expecting the driver to say "here you go Mr. Smith". WRONG...AGAIN, lol.
Well Guy painted/Camo'd my stock and it has some stuff on/in it like a heavy texture and I love it. It really lets you know that you got a grip on something. Weight? A little heavy but I have an RX2 so i'm use to it. But it just seems like a rugged rifle. Some people mentioned that I may have to get something on the business end of her to get her to quiet down a little. People: Seriously? Another couple of weeks of waiting? I don't think so. Maybe it i ordered everything at one time, it wouldn't be bad, lol. Guy even told me she is loud, but i wasn't prepared for that. Well as soon as the brown truck gets here, I will post more.
