I have a Leopold 2-7x28mm, 3 Swift’s, 2- 2x20mm’s & a 2-7x32mm. I’ve mentioned several times on various threads how much I like the quality of the Swift scopes & how their quality is right up there with the Leopold for less $. I still stand by this, however; their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I sent my 2-7x32mm scope back to swift because the magnification wasn’t adjusting. It was stuck at I’m guessing 4 power. This was back on January 18. I contacted them yesterday for an update & they mentioned they were just now repairing orders from December & that I might get my scope back in about a month. Amazing how companies or others are so quick to complain if payments are not received but quite a different story when the shoe is on the other foot. To say I am very disappointed would be an understatement.

Hmmm.... being that far behind on repairs would kinda make me wonder about quality.

Or they send them out of country to be repaired...
how much sense would that make?
Dang.... just replace with a new one and sell the repaired ones as refurbs.
