German AirGun Gate / Re: I have read the HW50 .177 vs .22 Thread Until My Eyes Crossed!« Last post by lefteyeshot on Today at 04:07:10 PM »I only get .22 when that's the only caliber I can get a gun in I really want. I mostly shoot .177. Shoots flatter. my 56th and 470th zeroed at 25yds are zeroed for 50yds. The .20 doesn't have enough choices. the .22 and .25 are like throughing rocks.

"Bob and Lloyds Workshop" / Re: Changing My Thinking About Slugs« Last post by Scotchmo on Today at 03:39:08 PM »Bob,
Yes. The vertical dispersion listed was calculated with Strelok. Harmonic tuning can reduce vertical dispersion for a specific distance, but it can actually then make it a little worse at some other distances, so not a great solution when shooting at multiple distances. 6

Turkish AirGun Gate / Hatsan Loaded Magazine Removal« Last post by Ronno6 on Today at 02:51:05 PM »How do you remove a loaded rotary mag from a Hatsan Proxima?
If you remove when the rifle is cocked, you will need to leave it cocked. Do you partially close the cocking lever to load a pellet, then re-open to free the mag, then fire the loaded pellet? This is not covered in the owner's manual unless I missed it........ 8
Crosman-Benjamin Air Gun Gate / Re: Extended Pump 1322« Last post by Van on Today at 02:48:20 PM » Thanks guys. I built one other gun, a carbine on a 2200 tube with the same internal valve setup. The flat top 1377 valve/piston cranks up the performance. It's a real hodgepodge of parts but shoots great. It is a favorite of mine in retro style as it's lightweight and the pumping is so easy. It gets 675-680fps with Crosman 14.3g pellets at 12 pumps. I thought I would use my other tube for a pistol just for fun. Going to make this pistol a rear cocker as I noticed I have an assembly from an old 1377.
