Turn up the heat!

I’ll put this on rabbits, chicken wings and tacos. It’s also good in a chilli of any sorts.
Tim’s Fire Sauce
2 cups white vinegar Bring to a boil
Throw In 12 ghost peppers halved seeds in or Carolina Reapers simmer till soft (rubber gloves is a good idea (cook 15-20min)
Put liquid and peppers into a blender and mix until purée
Add to blender and mix
2Tbsp chilli powder
2Tbsp Onion Powder
2Tbsp Garlic Powder or 4 cooked garlic cloves (can be added when cooking peppers)
1t salt
1Tbsp Black pepper
This will last you a long time! Put it in a sealed container ie ketchup bottle.
A few drops on a wing or 5 or 6 drops in a bowl of chilli will do it!
If you are Brave and douse wings or rabbit with it have 911 on quick dial!
Enjoy the Heat!

Not even the slightest brave to put a few drops of that on anything edible!
My days of eating hot/spicy food are over. My stomach can't take it any longer

Harry, hot peppers are actually good for your stomach. Look it up. It’s best to build up your tolerance. I’ve been eating hot peppers since I was a kid. No stomach issues and I’m 45. I like the burn once a week. Cleanses the system lol.

Im a hot head and grow my peppers. Habanero and Orange Ghosts are my favorite. I love sauces made with peppers, salt and water, and fermented. I think it’s pretty awesome.
