Title: Pellet holder
Post by: smellslikepeople on September 14, 2018, 12:19:34 AM
Has anyone used the pellet holder pyramyd air sells on the benjamin trail. I'm wondering if it will fit on the stock behind the thumb hole or if any pellet holder works on that gun. Tia

I have but mine was on my Hatsan Model 95 and in front of the trigger. Never did try it on the back end of the rifle.

I'm a fan of the Air Venturi pellet pen. Holds and protects your pellets, and it can fit just about any pocket. It's especially great for break barrels. On those cold days, there's no need to take off your gloves to load those tiny pellets.

I never heard of the pellet pen. That sounds perfect cuz I normally keep pellets in the coin pocket on my pants but that's not ideal at all but the pellet pen would be a perfect solution to that

The pellet pen is such a great convenience tool for springers!  Also for pumpers.  I wish I invented it. Also a fan of other pellet holders, just to make things a little easier while having fun.  The holder in the FWB is an old ipod band (for jogging) with a piece of foam hot-glued on.  The pellet holes were made using a sharpened brass tube about 1/8" deep.  Didn't remove the plugs.

The Air Venturi pellet loading pen that I have tries to load 2 pellets at once.  Major PITA! >:(
Others like them, NOT ME.

I have one in .177 and one in .22, and have never had that happen.

I've used one but only occasionally as I don't have a problem handling .177 pellets.  When I have used one it has worked exactly as designed.  Simple, handy, and reliable.
