Why not a HW35? It’s for sure full size and easy to cock.
A lot of people say bad things about them, but I like my HW 57. It is an underlever, loading by a pop up breech block. Some say accuracy problems, but have had nothing but good shooting with my two. Very easy to cock. When you cock the breech block pops up, push lever to closed position, load and push breech block down. Some pellets can be hard to seat and some heavier ones can be too long, It handles more like a lightweight sporting rifle than any of my other airguns.
Ps, Don't believe manufacturers listed cocking efforts they are wrong. The Hw50 in reality is as hard to cock as the Hw95. It's a different feeling of the stroke. The articulated cocking arm makes the Hw50 harder to cock towards the end of the stroke. The pressure building exponentially where as the 95/85 cocking effort builds in slow linear fashion. The 85 will be easier to cock as long as you have the range of motion necessary to utilize the longer barrel as Denby95 pointed out. I have or have had every current Weihrauch except the hw57 so I have realistic experience
