I'm good, I shot it, just have too many years scoring cops at quals and state/national comps so I'm programmed this way.

I'll add a note at my desk for future airgun stuff.

Jari,

I just saw this today.  Have not been on the GTA forum for some time now.  I wanted to congratulate you for the first 50/ 50 5X score….and with a .22. Caliber!  I have been watching your groups and EBR cards also, and those 40G slugs are shooting very accurately.

A lot of things have to align to shoot that score!  Nice job.

Actually, bReTt shot a 50/50 - 5X on June 22, 2018, which was posted at the time as the first ever perfect score in a NUAH Match....

Reply #6 here....  https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=143939.6 (https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=143939.6)

Unfortunately, probably because of Photobucket now charging, the photos are no longer there, but that was the official score in the OP for Match #3 of 2018....

However, Jari is only the second person to shoot a perfect score in a NUAH Monthly Match since we started them in May of 2017, over 5 years ago.... I'm posting Jari's target in the PCP Gate to try and get more shooters to join NUAH....  https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=204085.0 (https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=204085.0) .... Congrats again, Jari....  8)

I think you might get some takers.

Sorry, I'm not a member there.... Good idea, though, if they join here (or are already members of GTA) they can post their targets.... You might think of lifting the post I made in the PCP board (above) and just posting that over there?....

Thanks again Tom and Bob make that another post.

I have been long road with this when moved slugs. Have think make post what tell some of my secrets. So here some info:

Everything is not the gun.
Maybe most important is bipod, surface where it sits. Rear bag and ofcourse rigid table.

If now move basic bipod and rear bag awg goes from 0.6moa to 0.8-1moa. Huge difference.

So here main things from this setup.

Bipod from Nikolay (Ebr winner)
Huge thanks from him to get this.
Notice 6$ door mat under it ;)

Seb rear bag. This tip come from Altaros.
With that there is only poi movement slide gun front and back. No need squish bag.

Gun:
800mm 1:14 liner, huma v2, wildcat stroud.
Trs rail with front support.
Orginal moderator perform best.
Some barrel o-rings chanced from 70 to 90.
Liner is not lapped yet. Just as it came.
Choke .2142

Pellet probe modified orginal. Much smoother than pin probe.

Ammo: 5.52 Atp 40gr
Have tested Atp 5.50, Zan and patriot 40gr. Dont perform at all. Know also other shooters who have just opposite results with same liner. Dont know why?

Desing that rigid backbone. Because noticed my cheak pressure chanced poi. Not anymore.

Original regulator. Polished/ lapped.
165b pressure. This keep accurate 920-970fps when temperature chance fps.
Use Altaros external regulator set 220b

All internals polished/ lapped. Even springs.
1500 to 12000 grit.

This is from last session:
Shot count: 54
Low: 960
Hi: 967
Avg: 965
Spread: 7
STD Dev: 2.5

Last thing to mention is barrel cleaning.
Some reason this shoot only 50-70 and have to clean barrel. Awg goes 1-1.5moa.

So thats it roughly. Hope this info help others.

Here example what barrel cleaning affects.
Not much difference scores those two cards. 229 groups:
1,084
1,068
1,066
0,624
0,896
0,9476 < awg

Cleaned barrel for 230:
0,502
0,863
0,645
0,710
0,481
0,6402 < awg

You have many times so close to 5x ;)

Any idea shoot one Ebr style competition here like spring and end of season?

Winter came here hard. So don’t think weather allow long range anymore. Did not get opportunity go 200 and above.
Have access 50 and 100 meter indoor range during winter.
So have to figure how to improve this setup.

Ps. My post was not ment specific you and Bob. Obiusly both know these things and way more.
Have find here many tips for shooting. Why not share back some.

Hi Jari,

Thought I would keep you company for the last 2022 match.

I went out this past week with a recently purchased used FX Boss .25.  I got it from Mike Bricker, CenterCut on the AGN forum.  Beautiful rifle, and shoots really good at 50 yards.   I vary between using the Accu-Tac Bipod and the Tripod.  I think the Tripod can be a bit more stable from the bench.

EBR 100 yard virtual competitions - I think you asked in a recent post.  They had one in 2020 during the Pandemic period, since EBR was cancelled that year.  It was a lot of fun, and you can find the thread in the Benchrest area on AGN if you are interested.  Not sure if Bob wants to change the NUAH format, but I will defer to him.  I like NUAH as is, because it is different and you can cherry pick a great target.  Ha Ha!

I attached two 100 yard EBR practice targets that I shot a few weeks ago.  Much more difficult shooting for score vs. shooting 100 yard cherry picked groups.  I shot those using a rotation format.  One shot per bull, beginning with #1, #2, through #5.  Then back to number 1 again until I had shot all 5 bulls for a total of 25 shots.

To get a feel for the EBR targets, is the 9 ring about 1" and the 7 ring about 2" diameter?.... or what?....

Nice. Not so many shooters here this season.

Yes i followed that virtual Ebr.

That rotation is interested method. It is more like orginal shot/ bull method.
Have to try it.
There is one 0.6” c-c group 8)
Quite nice

I will fix this next week.
