Tonight I made a "blast from the past"...Tuna Noodle Casserole.Half bag of wide egg noddles cooked el dante' then mix in a can of Tuna (drained) with a can of cream of mushroom soup, place into a casserole dish and crumble potato chips on top... then bake in the oven. Reminds me of my youth when it was a delicacy!
