We had snacks for the food (Chex mix, trail mix, mini quiche.... that sort of stuff) and a hot chocolate bar. Fun times and good stuff.Hot chocolate bar sounds like a decadent idea. What was offered, Brett? I came up with marshmallow, whip cream, and candy cane.Yes, those you mentioned and actual peppermint syrup, caramel syrup, eggnog, and chocolate sprinkles. My mom added some eggnog to the hot chocolate so I tried it. That was pretty good, that is if you like eggnog to begin with. I just added enough of the eggnog to the hot chocolate like it was a creamer in coffee, maybe slightly more. It was surprising how powerful the eggnog flavor comes through with such a small amount.

Shepard's Pie and ice cold milk for lunch. Probably the same for dinner.
Rice Crispy treats are good in a chocolate fountain...and Vodka is good in eggnog...just sayin.
Southern Comfort in eggnog.... sounded ruff to me too.. until I tried it.

To me it is the fish version of bacon. I love bacon, I love kippers but don't like fish in general.I think I pay $2.00 a can and use two in a sandwich. English , I am told, fry them with onions and a side of fried spuds or bubble'n'squeek.
I LOVE Kipper Snacks... and Sardines. NOW... if you can find something called "Blind Robbins" you are in Heaven. (Smoked Herring). Think fish jerky.I used to keep them in an old Glass Peanut-Butter jar with the screw on lid... Once opened, the whole family knew it.Only see them at one butcher shop now. Might stop by there tomorrow.

It's been awhile since I've had Italian wedding soup. May have to ask the wife to make some.
