I like it better than lamb for flavor and because it doesn't leave a taste in your mouth for two days.

I bet you'll like them. They're better than they sound.
Today was a double birthday party at the house. We had snacks for the food (Chex mix, trail mix, mini quiche.... that sort of stuff) and a hot chocolate bar. Fun times and good stuff.
We spend hpurs at a local jewelery bazaar and so tomorrow I will roast the oven stuffer, it will be better as the herbs will absorb in. We were so late tonight I made many pounds of broccoli rabe poached with garlic dressed with Evoo. A quick cup of Pasta Lenticia, (zuppa), then the wife chose Chix sausages with peppers whilste I feasted on Chicken Cutlet in Lemon and Mustard sauce with a generous splash of white wine and home grown thyme plus some sweet marjoram and a kiss of nutmeg..... a tad lemony but with the mustard it works well. Kinda like a Meuneir sauce, but less mustardy. When Mr Farmer and Mr Rancher do their jobs, my job is easy. Three cheers for the American Farmer, and Farmers World Wide!!!

She was going to make mash potatoes, but she got too tired. I would of made it for her, but I was tied up with some maintenance stuff.

What was offered, Brett? I came up with marshmallow, whip cream, and candy cane.
