Slices of beef rib, curry oil and a premix, pepper paste, onions, garlic, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, coconut cream and rice noodles served with cilantro and green onions. It was pretty good considering using premade curry but I need to find a source for some real curry or make it.I got a frozen squirrel carcass in the freezer, I shot a few weeks ago, and I'm waiting to cook it in some Thai curry sauce, at some point. On the way home from work yesterday, I swung by the grocery store to pick up some fruits, but also got my Spam-musubi stuff together heheI don’t even know where, in the store, to even look for SPAM. Ha ha ha! Excuse me, where would I find the SPAM?Isle 13 at the end on the left.Thank you. How about dried seaweed?Same place but on the right. Thanks again.

What type of seaweed we buying for this experiment? Roasted or raw unseasoned? There's a link in the video but I can't see paying $18 to try a dish, you know what I mean? Will this work? It comes with a rolling mat too so that makes it a fair price, I think.
Alright, lets do this!Spam-musubi 101I couldn't find furukake at the local grocery, so I substituted it with Spanish Sazon seasoning and toasted sesame seed. I use the Spam can as a mold, placiing the nori in first, then rice, soy sauce, seasoning, Spam, rice, seasoning. Folded the nori to complete the wrap, use fingers to press down on the musubi, and then turned can upside down to release the musubi. It came out very tasty, but the particular nori I bought was way too thick and tough. The musubi kinda came apart every time I bit down on it. Even try sriracha in one and it was very tasty as well.
