I hostsed our Tuesday brother's night. Made a pile of cabbage-n-noodles with caramelized onions, bacon and smoked Slovenian sausages. Youngest brother stopped at Panera and picked up an assortment of pasteries for dessert. My eldest brother (75) spent the evening telling me why I don't need to buy a PCP compressor. I think he's just jealous that he's been airgunning since his teen years, and I've only been at it a couple of years, and I just went ahead of him with 25 airguns, with three pcp's to his zero PCPS. 😜😱😝I'm still going to buy one just because I can!😂😂

Nope, not a shot. Drinking a glass of it. Oh yeah, baby! What? Hope there are some worms in that tequila just so you get adequate protein fir the "meal"

Must have been too busy cooking and baking.

And yep, I am feeling ZERO pain.I typically don't eat yogurt as is, but rather use it in smoothie. However, I saw the Skyr yogurt, several months ago and was curious about the taste of cloudberry. Nothing too unusual tasting in regards to the cloudberry, but I did enjoy the yogurt itself.
Ah, Icelandic Provisions! Very good skyr. I'm a fan of Greek Yogurt, but Icelandic-style is far better. More robust flavor, extremely high in protein, and very thick. I normally start my day with that or something with peanut butter as a breakfast heavy on carbs leaves me feeling sluggish. Our brains requires lots of proteins and fats to function at a peak level, and the amount of data work and troubleshooting I do daily requires my A-game constantly.Today, I had some cinnamon raisin toast with peanut butter and a cup of skyr, then polished it off with a bottle of hard cider mixed with OJ.

I hit the gym, every morning, before work(5 days/wk), and my usual breakfast is 5 servings of EggBeaters, over a bed of raw baby spinach, topped with a can of sardines.....topped with plenty of hot sauce! Oh yeah, breakfast of champions! Hard cider and OJ, huh? Interesting concoction I'm a coffee guy.......iced, in the warm months and hot, during the cold months.

Nothing like a steaming bowl of spicy Ramen to wake up the taste buds after mowing the yard in 90 degree heat. Nongshim Spicy Pot-Au-Feu with left over ribeye, onions, mushrooms, cilantro, picked egg, hoysin and sriracha.
I should hit the gym, but using my pull-up bar and doing push-ups and some basic isometric exercises help. And at 48, I got nothing to prove
There is a PHo 🍲 place nearby that has a mixed bowl. It has squid and a quail egg in it along with some other stuff (is been a long time since Ive been there).
