Tried a new recipe this evening, for Asian chicken saladIngredients:diced chicken, romaine, baby spinach leaves, grated carrots and cabbage, green onion, a little finely diced celery (my own addition), and slivered almonds (oh and of course some crispy chow mein noodles- hah!The dressing contains rice wine vinegar, a little sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and a little soy sauce. Toss it all together!

I went grilled pork chops and veggies with some Mac N Cheese.
I just recently got into Asian food and have been addicted since. I discovered toasted sesame seed oil and made a dipping sauce for lumpia using SSO, Hoisin, Sriracha and chopped scallions. I think I could eat old fan belts with that stuff. I made the lumpia/spring rolls using ground pork and chicken sausage, graded carrots and cabbage. It came out good and I just bought another pack of wraps to try a new concoction.
