Yep! Walmart plates. We gotta buy the cheap stuff because it get broken so easily around here with 8 kids in the house.
I make ALL of the bread in our home. Been doing this for about 8 years and I make everything from simple French bread to artisan breads, wheat, rye, sourdough and even sandwich thins for our lunches. Hey cool!I just made a loaf of bread a couple of days ago, that I'd never tried before. It's a recipe for "English muffin bread"Very simple recipe, and very good, if you like English muffins.I made it in a loaf, but am thinking about trying the same recipe for individual muffins soon. The taste and texture is very similar.
I make my English Muffins in an old Sunbeam electric skillet that we got as a wedding shower gift over 45 years ago. Got some rings off eBay and bake them for 6-1/2 minutes per side at 300F. Amazingly delicious. I freeze them after cooling, and they keep in the freezer for at least a month...not that they would last that long! 😂😂

I also roasted a couple chickens on the grill the other day. It was the first time is tried to use those beer can stands. Not sure that it really did anything to improve the taste or moisture in the chicken but they were still tasty. I made the rub from nearly everything in the kitchen but the sink! Ha ha ha!
